A customer struggled with recurring T48 spread alarms without knowing which nozzles were responsible. SISO developed dashboards to map thermocouple readings against GE profiles, allowing quick identification of faulty nozzles. The customer executed nozzle swaps during the next outage, eliminating the alarms and removing MW limitations.
