A three-turbine facility was operating on obsolete Windows 7 controls and 20-year-old network switches that were failing and eliminating redundancy. SISO executed a three-phase, eight-month modernization by upgrading each turbine to the latest HMI standards, replacing all network hardware, and restoring full redundancy, all while the plant remained online. The result is a stable, modern, failure-tolerant control and network environment built for long-term reliability.
