Charley Velek is a Customer Success Manager at SISO Engineering, where he helps customers maximize the value of SISO’s products and services. He works closely with clients to support onboarding, drive product adoption, and build strong, long-term partnerships focused on delivering measurable results.

Charley also leads SISO’s cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, overseeing efforts to achieve and maintain SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. In this role, he works across teams to implement security controls, strengthen data protection practices, and ensure customer information is handled with the highest standards of security and trust. Prior to joining SISO, he worked as a cybersecurity and identity management consultant supporting enterprise clients across a variety of industries. Outside of work, Charley enjoys weightlifting and building custom computers with the latest hardware for FPS gaming.
