Jorge Montoya joined SISO Engineering as a Controls Engineer with experience in industrial automation, control system design, and plant operations support. His work includes PLC programming, HMI development, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), control system migrations, commissioning, and troubleshooting across a variety of automation platforms. Jorge enjoys solving complex control challenges and helping customers improve system reliability and performance.

Jorge earned a Bachelor of Science in Control and Instrumentation Engineering Technology from the University of Houston-Downtown, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Outside of work, Jorge enjoys weightlifting and following soccer. He also values spending quality time with family and friends.
